Softprofit Solutions Corp. was founded in 1999 by Robert J Rae. He desired to build a team of consulting and computing professionals with technical expertise and business management experience that could help companies select and implement solutions that improved their performance and maximized competitive advantage. Mr. Rae had spent fifteen years as a technical expert and advisor to international biotech. As Systems administrator he developed the first of a flagship product, Unidesk. A few years later he was promoted to Director\COO of the U.S. division where he was able to refine software and solutions implementation first hand. He recognized how new personal computers and networking could make automating business processes affordable for smaller companies.

After negotiating a successful deal with his current employer, Mr. Rae was able to transfer systems support to his new company Softprofit Solutions Corp. The first customer was created as well as instant revenue and success. Many companies have since tapped the resources and talent at Sofprofit Solutions Corp.
